    The piece speaks to “bad skin behaviors one of which is a lack of exercise and the negative effects it has on the skin. Dr. Joshua Zeichner is quoted as the expert throughout the section, and comments on research that says people who exercise regularly may delay the aging process because of exercise’s ability to help prevent DNA strands (or telomers) from shortening.
